The Headland and the town centre
Victorian terraces, larger merchants' houses and narrow streets on the old town peninsula, much of it a conservation area. Front gardens are often small, so careful design and permeable surfaces matter.
Seaton Carew
Seafront villas, inter-war semis and newer homes along the coast road. Sandy ground and salt air mean we pay particular attention to the sub-base and to finishes that cope with the weather.
West Park and the Grange area
Large Edwardian and inter-war houses with generous frontages and mature trees. Clay pavers and setts suit many of the older houses, and tree roots need care during digging.
Throston, Middle Warren and Clavering
Newer estates in the north of the town with family homes, garages and wider plots. Resin-bound and block paving are both popular.
Fens, Rossmere and Owton Manor
Mostly 1950s to 1970s semis and terraces in the south of the town, many with old concrete drives ready for replacement.
Hart, Elwick, Greatham and Dalton Piercy
Villages with stone cottages, farmhouses and newer infill. Gravel with a paved apron and natural-looking blends suit the village setting.
Wynyard
Large detached houses on the Wynyard estate, partly in the Hartlepool borough. Long drives and turning areas are common, often in block paving or resin.
